Update on Chris

Many of you are asking how Chris is doing, so I thought I'd share a brief update. We think the tumor has stopped bleeding, which is great. The pain is much better. He is a little sore and experiences some pain, but nothing compared to the pain that happened Thursday.
Scope procedure will be Friday, Feb. 8. From there, we will know if they need to remove part or all of his kidney and surgery will be scheduled.

Chris is feeling like God is already using him through this experience. He has gotten to share with several people about his faith and the peace he feels about this-that he knows comes from God.

We are hoping that he won't need chemo or radiation. Several people have shared with us they had a tumor on their kidney and didn't need anything after the surgery.

Please join us in praying that the cancer is contained in the kidney and that Chris won't need chemo or radiation.

We really appreciate your thoughts and prayers. It's amazing the peace God has given us since finding all this out on Thursday.
